Employment: Full Time

This opportunity is with a large Retail Company in Dubai.

As a Supervisor you would be responsible for Call Center operations this role plays a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional services. You would be responsible to organize and direct the staff of the call center. You will be assessing work and give feedback to maximize performance of the team.
Answer staff questions, provide guidance and feedback to team members. Train new employees. Ensure a friendly and motivating work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams.
• Hire and onboard new employees.
• Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback.
• Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed.
• Keep management informed on issues and problems.
• Prepare monthly/annual results and performance report.
• Ensure a friendly and motivating work environment.

Requirements

To be successful you would ideally possess 3-5 years of client services years of experience.
• Fluent, both verbal and written, in English/ Arabic
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in Premium/Luxury industry would be an advantage
• Knowledge in using Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience in managing people
