This opportunity is with a large Retail Company based in Dubai.
As a Call Centre Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
• Analyzing problems and produce a viable solution
• Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams
• Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management as they determine call center goals.
• Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction
• To be successful you would have 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service.
• Fluency in Arabic and English
