Camp Boss

Job description / Role

• Responsible for operational activities in the camp and ensuring the daily good management of the location
• Effective cleaning of entire camp and premises in accordance with the food hygiene and safety rules
• Provide relevant daily, weekly, and monthly reports appropriately
• Ensure general discipline in camp
• Monitor the PPM and breakdown pertaining to MEP / HVAC
• Keep a record of administrative documents, forms in accordance with the municipality, local administration, and company requirements
• Manage effectively the staff working at camp
• Supervise and train the camp staff to be in line with the rules of HSE, food hygiene, and safety, DHA / DM etc.
• Responsible for ensuring a minimum stock/quantity of materials required for the day to day operation of camp and cleaning items
• Ensure that housekeeping of the accommodation is being carried out in line with the required standards of the local bodies/authorities
• Carry out regular inspection of the accommodation, common areas, dining area, stores (dry and cold rooms) in order to ensure that the required standards are met
• Ensure tight security within the camp and premises with the help of security officers
• Allocation and appropriate reallocation of rooms/bed spaces

Requirements

• Open to ANY nationality, preferably Indian
• Male, 50 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
• At least 3 years of working experience on the same role
• Knowledgeable in administrative and clerical procedures and system
• Basic knowledge of tackling various emergency situations including firefighting techniques
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Able to work independently
• Good communication skills
