About the Client:
A leading UAE firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail and transportation.

Job Description:
- Oversee camp facilities, including accommodation, catering services, and ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for workers.
- Manage camp staff, ensure workers' basic needs are met, and handle conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious living environment.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, implement emergency protocols, and monitor overall camp cleanliness and safety.
- Manage camp budgets, procure necessary supplies and equipment, and ensure the smooth operation of all camp services.

- Open to any Asian nationality
- Male, 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or any related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the same field as Camp Boss
- Knowledgeable in basic computer skills specifically MS Office Suite.
