Job description / Role
Aspiriti have an opportunity for a Capacity Building Officer for a Consultancy in the UAE, you will be required to support the management team and implement Energy Training.
Duties Include:
• Act as focal point for the training provider and generate leads and demands for training courses
• Report on progress, performance, risks and mitigation measure for delivery/performance
• Support in the development and implementation of directives related to capacity building
• Review and update program website and learning management systems
• Provide the required Administration support for the program
Requirements
The Person:
• Degree educated in a relevant business / energy related field,
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a training/coordinating role.
• You will have worked for a training institute or in the field of energy & water efficiency
• 1 year minimum marketing and communication experience.
• Strategic thinker with excellent relationship building skills with internal & external stakeholders.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic Preferred
