We offer competitive salaries and benefits, and a unique opportunity to join the leading player in an ever growing and exciting industry.<br/>Role Description:<br/>Capacity Planning team is responsible for ensuring the availability of optimal storage and processing capacity at all times. As capacity planning analyst, the candidate will need to understand the business growth plans and project the capacity requirement for coming years. He/she will be required to optimize the fulfilment speed and cost of network. Apart from long term decisions, candidate will also be involved in managing the existing network's capacity, especially during the peak times. Considering the nature of this role, candidate is required to have the ability to think long term while maintaining the eye for detail during day to day capacity management. This role involves driving critical decisions with cross functional teams and senior leadership and demands strong program management skills along-with an ability to drive data driven discussions. He/ She should have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in Capacity/Inventory management.

Responsibilities<br/>· Collaborate with business team to finalize the long term strategic and operational plans.<br/>· Set up robust processes to project long term capacity requirements as per the long term plans<br/>· Optimize the current/future network in order to minimize cost, maximize customer/seller experience while ensuring the availability of required capacity at all times<br/>· Support the business growth in constrained environments with Frugal and innovative solutions<br/>· Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation<br/>· Rollout best practices from other geographies/ companies to minimize end to end supply chain losses<br/>· Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiences<br/>· Program manage and drive decision making across cross functional teams and senior leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Candidate must be independent and flexible with solid communication skills and a strong customer focus<br/>· Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills<br/>· Should be able to think long term along with strong attention to detail<br/>· Candidate must have basic Supply Chain and Planning knowledge through work experience or coursework<br/>· Basic understanding in SQL, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic programming skills<br/>· At least 3-4 years of experience as an Operations/ Planning manager

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Engineering Degree, Masters in Management studies or MBA.<br/>· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
