Job description / Role
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting guidelines and protocol for captain communication across all channels and touch-points
- Own internal communication and PR on Captain Experience (eg. Monthly newsletter, etc)
- Develop and implement captain communication programs (eg. product updates)
- Collaborate with Brand & Communications to ensure all captain marketing material is as per Experience Communication guidelines
- Responsible for providing consultation to Experience Architects on any journey topic involving communication with captains
Requirements
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in creating content for print and digital media, with a preference for work in communications, marketing, public relations, media relations, journalism, or similar industry
- Experience in consumer-tech and product communications is preferable
- Exceptional, demonstrated written and oral communication skills in the English language
- Excellent customer service
- Extraordinary attention to detail
- Temperament suitable to working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
