Position Title: Captain Waitress

Salary: up to 4K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and incentives

About the Client:
A well-known Arabic restaurant and café in Dubai

Job Description:
- Oversee and guide the waitstaff team, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations.
- Greet and interact with guests, ensuring a positive dining experience by addressing any concerns or requests.
- Ensure orders are taken accurately, processed efficiently, and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Train new waitstaff, providing guidance on menu knowledge, service standards, and company policies.

- Open to European and Filipino nationalities
- Female, 25 to 35 years old
- At least 2 years of UAE experience from F&B industry
- Must be knowledgeable with Arabic and Mediterranean menu
