About the Client:
One of the leading federal entity in the UAE
Job Description:
• Work closely with the entity HQ to regularly coordinate and understand policies, processes and procedures for the academic, career and skills development of students across public education institutions.
• Ensure compliance to entity policies and standards for the effective management of academic, career and life skills development with the aim to further develop students and provide them with guidance to make informed decisions impacting their future academic and career interests.
• Work closely with Teachers, School Support Managers and School Leadership to identify students’ academic and career interests across institutions in order to identify student trends and further enhance academic and career services to students across public education institutions.
• Monitor the provision academic and career services to students across institutions within the Education Sector and identify and set improvement plans to further enhance students’ learning experience.
• Develop and implement successful life skills development programs and plans across institutions including programs intended for gifted and talented students, in coordination with entity HQ.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to UAE nationals
• 50 years old and below
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in the Education sector
• Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Education School Management or any relevant field
• Master’s degree in Education or any relevant field is a plus
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
