Job description / Role
Carwash Service Supervisor up to 5k Aed for a Group of Companies in Dubai
• Ensure that each part of the process is operating at optimum efficiency
• Ensure every customer leaves happy and satisfied every time
• Effectively answer all customer questions and handle complaints
• Consistently forecast vehicle flow based on the day, time of day, current/future weather and create a daily staff plan to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Ensure all training and development of staff is to company standards
• Appropriately address employee performance issues and recognizes good performance
• Ensure site is clean and equipment is operating properly
• Ensure daily openings and closings are on schedule and standards and procedures are maintained
• Manage business costs including, but not limited to, labor costs and chemical usage
Requirements
• POSITION: CAR WASH SERVICE SUPERVISOR
• SALARY: up to 5,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Group of Companies
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (preferably candidates on Visit Visa)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Preferably INDIAN
• Male, below 40 years old
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Diploma or certificate in any relevant course
• Minimum 5 years of total work experience including at least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor
• Management/supervisory experience is required and car wash experience is preferred but not necessary
• Have a high level of initiative, attention to detail and pride in the operation
• Have a strong work ethic with the drive to hit goals and build the business
• Have the instinct for labor management
• Have the ability to efficiently multitask in a quickly changing environment
• Enjoy building relationships with customers and community
• Enjoy being active in a fast-paced, outdoor environment year round
