Cashier - Night Shift

Job description / Role

Working Hours: 5 PM to 2 AM (Night Shift)

Job Summary:
Cash and charge payments and daily cashier charge activity in a professional and accurate manner.

Reporting to: Group Accounts Manager

Key Accountabilities:
- Cash Handling
- Collection & Posting in accounting system
- Collection and payment against the slips provided by the driver.
- Petty cash management.
- Petty cash voucher preparation and processing of Petty cash claims
- Processing of garage claims
- Filing of Invoices
- Daily control of cash
- Coordination and follow up with Finance Department
- Checking and verification of delivery order.

- CFO
- HR Director
- Other Company Staff

Requirements

- Diploma or Certificate in Business administration/finance
- Minimum 3 Years’ experience as Cashier / Jnr. Accountant

Technical Competencies:
- Experience within a previous cash handling position.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong mathematical approach
- Proactive, hardworking, motivated approach
- Fluency in English communication skills
- Good team player, experienced in a professional, high pressure, working environment
