Cashier (Temporary)

Job description / Role

- Posts customer payments by recording cash, cheques, transfers, and credit card transactions.
- Verifies and updates payments for new sales/existing units upon booking the unit in system.
- Deposits the cash/cheques to avoid delay in issuing SPA and incur late payment fee.
- Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales team, sales launch, customer service departments, and from customers;
- Ensure banking report and deposits are 100% tallied daily and be able to identify discrepancy within 24 hours, if any.
- Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line; coordinating contact with sales department.
- Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Monthly verification of all physical PDC’s kept in custody versus PDC report in the system and to trace any inconsistency.
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirements

- Accounting Graduate, with Oracle and SalesForce experience.
- 2 years relevant experience
- Trustworthy, reliable, competent.
- Effective communication, flexible, with strong pleasing personality.
- The visa must be issued from Dubai
- should be under spouse / father's / family sponsership
