Are you ready to exert your consumer, shopper, market and business insights to bring us competitive advantages and maximised profitability? If so, you could become Country Category Manager of Cheese Category for the UAE, Oman & Qatar markets. In this challenging role you will work out of our Sharjah office and report in to the Senior Category Manager for UAE, Oman & Qatar.

Grow our Cheese Category and Product portfolio.

Our regional ambition is to be the category captain in Cheese and drive thought leadership. You will be guardian of our leading regional brands PUCK and The Three Cows, holding responsibility for market share development, perfect store execution and in-market launches. As Country Category Manger for 3 very key markets within MEA, you will be responsible to fuel category growth through penetration, frequency build up or increasing basket value.Through keen eye on market, curiosity to understand shopper behavior and passion for driving data to insights & insights to action, you will support Senior Category Manager in executing the category growth agenda in the geographies that you will manage, develop action plans to drive market share and build brands in line with regional priorities.

The role also needs you to have very strong liasion with your sales teams, supply chain and other colleagues in the regional and global category marketing teams. As CCM, you will strive to develop strong relations with our supplier partners and also drive engagement with the retail customers. To achieve success, you must meet expectations of your stakeholders and drive the activities to realize targets within the budget.

Requirements

Marketing Experience with commercial acumen and global mindset

Your background covers experience from an FMCG environment where you have worked with category/trade marketing for at least 2-3 years or more. As a result, you have acquired tools for all areas within marketing management including formulating marketing plans, opportunity assessment, media planning, consumer and market research, retailer landscaping, BTL activations, agency briefing and promotional planning and forecasting. You also have a global mindset which enables you to build strong, positive relations to partners across geographical and cultural boundaries. Moreover you know how to navigate safely in a matrix organisation and are you well versed with the English language.
