Job Purpose
Engage with concessionaires to ensure delivery of contractual Key performance indicators of Operations, Revenue and Customer Service. Act as first point of contact for any operational, contractual or other tasks on behalf of the interest of Dubai Airports (DXB and DWC) to ensure delivery of customer service and income objectives.
Requirements
You should be educated to bachelor's degree level or equivalent professional qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience within the same field.
Your background shall include food & beverage, retail or hospitality business and have demonstrated the management of a multi-stakeholder environment to achieve the desired results.
You should also be able to:
- Effectively manage concessionaires at account manager level.
- Initiate and deliver innovative results.
- Translate customer trends and insights into concessionaire business plans and future developments.
