Job description / Role
Our client is a privately-owned company based in Dubai who supply an extensive variety of fine produce sourced from around the world to leading hotel chains and caterers within the region.
We are seeking an experienced Category Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling grocery fresh, chilled, frozen and/or ambient and perishable products to hotels, restaurants, catering and retail industries.
Ideally, you will have experience with European products, and will be responsible for managing the product selection, budgeting, forecasting, branding, marketing and execution.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be passionate about the FMCG and Hospitality industries and have proven experience in both these fields. Complete fluency in the English language, both written and verbal is essential, as is excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
