Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a famous fast fashion organisation who is looking to hire a Category Manager - Marketing to join their team. As the Category Manager - Marketing you will develop and implement the marketing strategies of the organisation.
You will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies and budgets in order to develop the concept brand in line with the concept objectives to ensure that the positioning of the brand is consistent. A critical part of your role will be the preparation of the annual marketing and promotions plan.
Other duties will include ensuring the consistency in branding guidelines, BTL and ATL activities, whilst acting as the main support for preparation of briefs and managing external agencies involved in PR, advertising, media, printing and other key marketing suppliers. In addition, you will liaise with the business development team and other departments for cross promotional opportunities to enhance the synergies in the group.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree and have at least 5 years’ previous experience. This role requires management of other staff members and therefore previous management experience is key. Experience in facilities management and technical service support industries would be an advantage.
