In Sales, you'll put our customers at the heart of our business. By building strong relationships with every customer, big or small, you'll help Mondelez International become the supplier of choice and ensure we deliver world-class execution of our business plans in every store.

Position Purpose

- Translating category strategies & priorities into commercial plans by market & channel.
- Managing the category GTN budget across channels and customers and coordinating with the category team & sales team to drive business results
- Monitoring the category performance across channels and customers and managing the gap filling process.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing category forecast by market based on the monthly IBP.
- Planning the annual category promotional plan (mechanics and budget) across channel and customers.
- Managing GTN by market for the category & ensuring delivery of target
- Monitoring & analyzing the gap vs monthly target and providing support plan to close the gap.
- Evaluating the performance of the category across channels & customers, the ROI achieved on promotional spend (pre and post execution)
- Closely monitoring trade and in-house inventory ageing.
- Reviewing the monthly retail audit to understand the category developments.
- Supporting in monthly IBP process.
- Ensure category POSM planning is in line with the PPOS process / tool.
- Regular trade visits to get the category insights.
- Ensuring effective execution of the category plan across channels and customers.
- Ensuring timely execution of all Projects against the monthly activations.

Requirements

Qualifications

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 - 4 years experience in similar position within the FMCG sector
- Proven experience in Field Sales and/or Trade Marketing
- Gulf markets experience
