Job description / Role
Role Responsibility:
- Develop relationships to proactively influence the target clients
- Maintain on-going relationships with clients to maximize the growth of the existing contracts and build on new clients
- Support the BDM in client meetings/presentations
- Follow up with prospective clients and get feedback
- Provide proposition to the client by addressing their business and customer needs and explaining the catering business.
- Work closely with the BDM to plan and contribute to the development of the process
- Ensure best practice is delivered working with other departments and country entities in developing the best offer for the company and the client
- Ensure all solutions produced by BDM are in line with both the company and client commercial models to market the catering business.
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with tender/proposal writing, presentations, contractual negotiation, and sales to operations handover.
- Min 3 years strong experience in Sales/Business Development
- Experience of working in a growth focused environment
- Excellent presentation skills and communication skills
- Good negotiation and organizational skills
- Confident, ambitious, and energetic with a persuasive manner and the ability to use initiative
