Position Title: Catering In-charge
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus commission

About the Client:
A premium bakery brand in Dubai known for its artisanal pastries, breads, and exquisite desserts combining flavors with contemporary innovation.

Job Description:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events (weddings, corporate, private), managing menus, timelines, logistics, budgets, and compliance.
• Lead, train, and supervise catering staff to ensure excellent service standards, teamwork, and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; conduct site visits, resolve concerns, and drive new business opportunities.
• Develop menus, analyze sales data, support marketing activities, and ensure profitability and service quality across all events.

• Open to Female Arabic nationalities only, 40 years old and below, with a valid UAE driving license.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred, with 3 years’ experience in catering or F&B operations.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills, with the ability to build positive client and staff relationships.
• Proficient in budgeting, financial reporting, inventory control, operational planning and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules.

Salary:
AED 8000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
