Job description / Role
Catering Manager up to 12K AED++ for a FnB Company in Abu Dhabi
- Responsible for different tasks such as restaurant marketing strategies, recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality, developing menus as well as greeting and serving restaurant guests.
- Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
- Control costs and minimize waste
- Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
- Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy
- Must be highly involved in P&L and labor and food costing
Requirements
- POSITION: Catering Manager
- SALARY: up to 12,000 AED plus accommodation and transportation depending on experience and qualifications
- HIRING COMPANY: Prominent name in the FnB industry catering to multiple outlets in GCC
- WORK LOCATION: Al Ruwais, Abu Dhabi
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized (Max 1-month)
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time / Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to EUROPEAN candidates
- Male/Female, 40 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary or FnB Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Restaurant Manager in UAE/currently working as Assistant Restaurant Manager/5 years as Restaurant Supervisor
- Knowledgeable of FnB operations, supervisory aspects and service techniques
- Excellent communication and creativity skills
