Job description / Role
• 7+ years of Business Consulting experience including end-to-end project roles in Organization Change Management delivery
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or other relevant field
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, both client-facing and internal Cognizant
• Experience in successful implementations of information technology / digital within a business environment
Requirements
• Experience building strong client relationships, managing expectations and advising clients on all the people-related aspects of an engagement from awareness to adoption
Strong understanding of Organization Change Management including:
• Training and Communications
• Change Impact and Readiness Assessment (people, process and technology analysis and recommendations)
• Stakeholder Analysis, Management and Engagement
• Strong Project Management skills to ensure quality delivery as well as meeting project objectives
• Experience in translating engagement objectives into a defined scope and an executable plan
• Strong understanding of business processes and customer service issues and ability to maintain up-to-date understanding of market trends
• Assist in creating and presenting strong and tailored proposals that create market for CBC both in existing clients as well as potential new clients of Cognizant
• Deliver consistent status updates to client and internal team regarding performance to objectives, engagement constraints and mitigation plan for risks/issues
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative and team building skills as well as establishing effective relationships and maintaining a positive leadership tone
• Professional presentation and communication skills, including among Senior Management levels
• Ability to effectively manage simultaneous assignments with minimal supervision
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Information management/analysis expertise including strong MS Excel
• Be an ambassador of the Cognizant brand in the region.
