CCTV Operator

Job description / Role

The CCTV Operator mainly responsible for operating and maintaining surveillance equipment, watching both live and recorded video surveillance footage, reporting incidents or suspicious behaviours and contacting Director of Security or security in charge when necessary.

What you will be doing:
- Ensure the overall safety and security of the guests, employees, and property premises
- Responsible for keeping vigilance over the CCTV monitors
- Taking prompt action, using the walkie-talkie to alert and direct the nearest Security Personnel to the scene and deal with an urgent situation
- Ensure that the CCTV equipment is in good working condition when taking over duty.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
- Certification in CCTV either from DPS or PSBD
- Previous experience 2 years at least at the same field
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Highly responsible & reliable
