Position Title: CDP
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A high-end casual dining restaurant, based in Dubai

- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation in line with restaurant standards.
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu development, mise en place planning, and kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with HACCP and Dubai Municipality regulations.
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain food cost targets.

- Open to Asian nationals
- 40 years old and below
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in F&B industry

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
