CDP BUTCHERY
Position Title: CDP Butchery
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3K AED, depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and duty meal
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
One of the leading luxury Hotel based in Deira Dubai
Job Description:
• Ensure all meat preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service
• Ensure good stock and proper waste control is practiced all throughout the kitchen
• Take responsibility for the quality control of stock
• Pay high attention to detail and quality of all outgoing cooked food from kitchen
• Execute cooking to the expected high standard efficiency
• Supervise cleanliness and organization of designated section
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Eastern European nationals
• 45 years old and below
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role from a 4 star hotel or luxury hospitality
• Immediately joiners will be prioritized
