Job description / Role
The Business Centre Manager manages the day- to- day operations of the Business Centre. The chosen candidater will report directly to the Area Manager and will be responsible for the activities of the country. This is a key management position that demands excellent leadership, management skills and vision within the Business Centre.
Responsibilities
- Daily organization of the business center
- Management of all employees within the center
- Responsible for the business center occupancy rate
- Responsible for P&L
- Dealing with clients and being accessible to them
- Training and Development
- Networking
- Reporting to the HQ
- Setting good behaviors and leading by example
- Maintaining productivity and standards
- Respect policies and procedures
Requirements
- Business Centre and /or service industry experience is a MUST
- Proven sales management track record
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of local market and regulations

- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Good relationship builder
- Self driven
- Trustworthy
- Ambitious
- Ability to deal with different nationalities and strong verbal and written English
