Position Title: Central Reservations Agent
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 2K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, food, and uniforms
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
Leading Leisure club for golf in the region based in Dubai.
Job Description:
- Promote Golf bookings with all market segments and increase productivity and target goal
- Ensure customer satisfaction by on-time responses on queries
- Follow up on billings for clients both overseas and local bookings
- Coordinate with the golf clubs with regards to bookings and status/requirements associated with it
- Monitor all online reservations for public, contracted agents and any other market segment introduced
Requirements
- Open to Asian nationality
- 38 years old and below
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role
- Excellent communication skills
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
