The Role
We are currently seeking to speak with CEO's who possess the necessary experience, drive and capabilities to lead our clients business into its next phase of growth, and to develop and execute strategies that will support and enhance the impact of its operations in the region.

Key responsibilities:

Leadership

* Maintain a positive working environment that facilitates collaboration and information sharing conducive to attracting, retaining, and motivating a diverse and dynamic team.
* Lead, coach, develop and retain high-performing teams across the HR, finance, marketing, technology and sales divisions
* Oversee the creation and production of effective, high-quality proposals and reports for the board
* Be the face charismatic embodiment of the business when engaged with all internal and external stakeholders

Strategy

* Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
* Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
* Uphold existing business relationships to the highest standard and actively look for new methods to initiate further reach across the middle east
* Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
* Explore methods of communication with stakeholders in new markets across the middle east

Change Management

* Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
* Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
* Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
* Consult and coach project teams
* Coach managers and supervisors
* Support change management at the organizational level

Finance

* Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
* Ensure the financial performance of the organisation is optimal, overseeing P&L stringently
* Look at internal processes for proper record keeping and financial controls
* Develop and manage organisation annual budget under Board supervision

Requirements

* Proven experience as COO or CEO
* A track record of high performance in leadership roles within manufacturing and or FMCG businesses
* Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
* Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
* Familiarity with diverse business functions such as sales, marketing, PR, finance, HR etc.
* In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
* Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
* An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
* Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and public speaking skills
* MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field
