Our client, a reputable diversified company in the gulf is now recruiting for a CEO - Automobile trading.

Job Responsibilities:
• To ensure maximum efficiency and profitability of the trading division whilst operating within their recognized procedures and policy.
• To control stocks at a level commensurate with annual budget and profit requirements To maximize the company’s profitability through the sale of vehicles, associated products, service, parts, and labor
• To ensure that all Departments achieve profit margins in line with budget forecasts and annual objectives
• Developing short and long-term goals and objectives annually, and submitting time projections to corporate management for approval.
• Effectively communicating with the comptroller/office manager on a weekly basis to review departmental forecasts and ensure consistency with annual projections.
• Paying close attention to daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action where necessary

Requirements

In order to be eligible for this role you will need to hold the following skills:
• 15 - 20years of experience managing an automobile trading company including sourcing, export and managing large teams. UAE experience required.
• Have a proven track record in general management, within an automotive trading company of 500+ staff or more and be able to contribute to the success of the Group
• Possess first class interpersonal skills, combined with a credible and hands-on leadership style
• Be 100% committed to always go the extra mile
• Have the ability to implement, diversify the business and control process change
