CEO - Energy Business

Aspiriti have an opportunity for a CEO of a power business in the UAE, you will manage the strategic, technical, financial, commercial and regulatory operations of the business . Reporting to the stakeholders you will be responsible all business matters Middle East & Africa/Asia.

Main Duties:
• Set Strategy for 1,3,510 year development
• Delivery of Energy projects
• Development of Energy Projects
• Ensure that the technical risks are managed in accordance with good operating practice.
• Ensure the achievement of key performance targets as set out in budgets or forecasts.
• Risk assessment or projects
• Perform any other tasks required from time to time to manage the company.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Degree educated in a Engineering, finance or business
• Proven C level experience
• Proven delegation skills and able to create a work climate where people are empowered to take action.
• Demonstrated experience in contract management and negotiation.
• Experience with planning, budgeting and reporting to shareholders.
• Experience in the development and management of staff and employee development and training programmes.
