Ceo Executive Assistant Up To 15k Aed For A Leading Investment Group In Abu Dhabi
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls reporting to the CEO by Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel and lodging
- Organizing events and conferences
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
- Weekly and monthly reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Collating and filing expenses

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- POSITION: CEO Executive Assistant
- SALARY: up to 15,000 AED all-in depending on experience and qualifications
- HIRING COMPANY: Investment Group of Companies
- WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Immediately will be prioritized
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to Filipino and Indian nationalities
- Female, 38 y/o and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holder in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of similar work experience in a diverse company
- Discretion and trustworthiness; understand how to keep confidential information
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills and has the ability to multitask
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Valid UAE driver’s license is a must
