Job description / Role

Our client, a UAE based family office focuses on regional private equity, global real estate and public securities is actively searching for a strategic and operational CFO to join their dynamic team.

The role

- Reporting to the Chairman, the CFO will manage the portfolio companies by providing decision support across a range of strategic and operational initiatives
- Work with the senior management of the portfolio companies to deliver ambitious revenue and profit growth targets
- Implement processes and controls and provide strategic recommendations to enhance performance and business opportunities
- Prepare management presentations, investor communications and financial performance updates
- Portfolio company monitoring, developing financial plans and forecasting through budgets and business plan process
- Conducting regular reviews to ensure that risks are mitigated

Salary:
AED 50,000 to 55,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Client requirements

- Minimum 12-15 years' relevant experience, with 3-5 years as a Finance Director or CFO
- Ideal candidate has a commercial understanding of fashion, retail or F&B industry
- Must be Certified (ACCA, CPA, ACA, CA, CIMA)
- Hands-on, strategic, must be operationally involved in the business, with sound ability to monitor the portfolio companies performance and efficiency to make improvements and address problems
- Strong communication and presentation skills
