A leading higher education institution in the U.A.E seeks a strategically driven, Arabic-speaking CFO. This role requires a sound operational/analytic foundation combined with experience in liaising and partnering with senior stakeholders, such as Board Members.

Description

The CFO will oversee the Finance function holistically, partnering with senior leadership in aligning processes, controls, and work-flow within Finance with the broader vision of the institution. Moreover, the CFO will be at the forefront of liaising with senior stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive strategic progress for the institution.

Requirements

* Arabic Speaking
* Big 4 experience
* Qualified chartered accountant
* Strategic leadership experience within Finance
* Operational experience within Finance
* Exposed to a variety of organizations including MNC's and family groups
* Higher education experience (in a senior Finance capacity) highly desirable
