Our client, a privately-held Construction business is hiring an experienced CFO to spearhead their operations in the Middle East and transform their Finance function. This person is crucial in driving forward their strategy and growth plans.

Our client is a leading Construction group in the Middle East and they are recruiting a CFO to transform their Finance function and scale their business.

Description
* Establish long - term growth plans to develop profitability in the market
* Be a strategic advisor to the Board and collaborate with other departments to map out financial forecasts, budgets and goals for the group
* Manage the groups key treasury operations, optimize funds to support the funding of large-scale projects
* Establish sustainable risk management strategies to preserve the groups assets
* Take leadership of the company's investment strategies, to be an advisor on new opportunities for the groups expansion
* Supervise the groups large investments and capital expenditure plans to ensure steady progression
* Oversee back-office functions to ensure consistency in reporting
* Spearhead automation of financial systems to benefit streamlined financial reporting
* Lead the finance team to promote a culture of collaboration and seamless teamwork to ensure company growth

* Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance/ Accounting or related; Professional Accounting qualification is a MUST

* Knowledgeable on UAE regulations, tax laws and compliance
