Key Responsibilities

As the Chief Financial Officer you will overall responsibility for the finance & accountancy function along with partnering with the CEO & Chairman on current and future acquisitions to increase revenues and diversify their business interests. This will include;
* Providing financial direction to the leadership team in accordance with the group's vision and business strategy, providing key advice on external influences and their potential impact on the business
* Ensuring accurate and timely financial and management reports are produced in line with company and legislative requirements
* Leading the annual budgeting process and evaluating future fund requirements alongside organizing cost effective financing
* Ensuring appropriate statutory compliance and ensuring the entire finance function has a high level of corporate/ stakeholder integrity

Requirements

* Accounting qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA); hold a degree from a reputable university; post graduate qualification similar universities is preferable (MSc, MBA);
* Combination of Middle East and Developed markets experience specifically within FMCG / Manufacturing organisations
* Strong English & Arabic communication skills
* Already a well-established CFO who has had exposure to corporate finance including equity & debt, M&A, joint ventures, disposals
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, for liaising with senior management, operational staff, and bankers and investors
