Job description / Role
* Interesting Abu Dhabi based role in a well reputed multinational for preferably an Arabic CFO with strong strategic, corporate finance and leadership experience

Based in Abu Dhabi, our client is a distinguished and esteemed organisation offering diversified services
The Group CFO will be mandated with facilitating the inception of a completely new holding structure for a prominent UAE based group
The position will require an astute awareness of company set ups, liaising with MOB, facilitating banking relationships as well as a keen understanding of compliance and pre-IPO readiness
Reporting to the CEO, the Group CFO will be both a seasoned Finance professional and Corporate Finance professional. All applicants should be able to demonstrate a deep experience of M&A, IPO's as well as negotiation capabilities

Requirements
* Should be CA, or US CPA qualified (ACA - Chartered Accountant)
* Arabic speakers are highly desired
* Have a minimum of 10-15 years leadership and management experience in industry and commerce (EMEA experience is an advantage)
* Prior exposure to corporate finance including M&A, joint ventures, disposals
* Should have experience in establishing internal procedures, processes and controls
* Be a sharp negotiator with excellent communication skills
