Job description / Role
As the Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining the program and individual project benefits on behalf of the program sponsors. You will assess progress towards realising these benefits and drive measurable improvements in business operations.

A well-established private holding company with multiple operations in the Middle East, who are embarking on an ambitious ERP transformation program.
Description
- Analyse the effects of changes, assess readiness and identify key stakeholders
- Support the design and delivery of training programs by documenting requirements and providing input
- Identify and develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with organisational changes
- Define success metrics, measure performance and provide updates to management and project teams
- Mentor people managers and collaborate with specialists to ensure effective implementation and user readiness for proposed changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, with a change management qualification (Prosci, etc) a significant plus
- Extensive experience in various change management models and methodologies that you can leverage to select appropriate approaches
- Proficient in using project management software (e.g., Jira) for planning and tracking
- Exceptional written and communication skills for conveying complex information clearly and engaging key stakeholders to be active agents in the change process
- Strong analytical abilities to gather and interpret data, identifying trends and patterns to drive successful change initiatives.
