Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The key purpose of this role is to support the organization's digital transformation initiatives from a change management perspective. The selected individual will be responsible for executing change - across people, processes and technology.

Description
• Understand the change strategy for key transformation initiatives. Use change tools to produce applicable artifacts.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments by stakeholder group, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy to understand manner.
• Complete behavior and culture analysis and assessments, and provide relevant recommendations for change interventions. Support the execution of these interventions.
• Support the assessment of organizational changes and liaise with internal partners to execute these in the most effective manner.
• Understand training content, make recommendations and work with internal and external suppliers to support its development
• Support the delivery of presentations, events, town hall sessions, workshops etc. to internal and external stakeholders, to support change initiatives and programs. Ensure relevant feedback from engagement is included in relevant discussions to trigger appropriate action.
• Pick-up on adoption related risks, highlight and raise them to the Change Manager and manage mitigation
• Create info graphics, posters etc. as required, to deliver high impact visuals
• Assists the Change Manager in creating coaching packages for management and leadership, to increase the advocacy for change.
• Supports cross-functional work with the businesses to ensure that change initiatives are implemented.
• Actively participate in team activities / initiatives while promoting responsibility for self-learning and development by embracing new procedures, technologies, processes and change.
• Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information related to change and transformation work though non-disclosure thereby protecting the interest of the company.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in human factors/ commercial / consumer disciplines
• Change Management certification is a definitive advantage
• 3-5 years' experience in the fields of change management, business transformation and/or customer experience/usability/product experience
• Past experience as a Change Specialist preferably in the airline, cargo, retail or banking sectors
• Generic understanding of Project Management
• People management skills to handle diverse groups of staff and customers/partners
• Good knowledge of programme/change management frameworks and methodologies
• An excellent communicator - able to translate complex data into simple proposals
• Knowledge and ability to mix well with different cultures
• Systems and technology background - added advantage
• Supply chain background - added advantage
