Job description / Role
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track materials for broadcast (e.g., production, short forms, acquisition, and live broadcast)
- Handle all relationships with vendors, dubbing and subtitling companies
- Following up content delivery with suppliers and following up in case of technical problems to get replacement materials on time
- Liaise with distributors to have marketing material and scripts available
- Deliver scheduled content to be ready for transmission by making it subtitled/Dubbed and edited
- Track the process with Finance for any payables/ receivables to third parties
- Coordinate with Editors, Planning, Scheduling, MCR, and TCR Team to ensure smooth broadcast of the Channel
- Notify key persons for schedule or program change (e.g., Specials, short forms, change in TX dates/Rejections)
- Coordinate with planning team on the Channel Grids
- Coordinate with Right Management Team for the creation of House numbers
- Ensure all produced and acquired content available for TX in advance as per the required timeline
- Ingesting material to Dalet and performing a 3-point check
- Preparation of actual and projected programming costs
- Monitor and review monthly amortization reports and Write-off/Rejected Programs
- Handles contract Drafts and upload them CMS
- Follow-up on approvals and signatures for contracts, invoices, etc.
- Track any pending issues with internal departments and external suppliers
- Support in any administrative duties
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication & Media
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Responsible and reliable
- Able to work long shift hours and weekends
- Able to work accurately and reliably in a high-volume environment
- Have a strong service ethic
- Good IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command in English & Arabic
- Team player
- Has excellent planning capabilities
- Multitasker
- Good eye for details
- Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Has passion for sports
