Job description / Role
Transguard Workforce Solutions have been engaged by our client to source Charge Dispute Processing Staff (Transportation) to join their team.
Our client is a specialized consultancy services company in the field of transportation, with particular focus on emerging technologies. They are looking for people with experience in Dispute Processing to join their operations department. This person will be responsible for handling and resolving all disputes that come through to the customer service and call center’s channels. It will require someone with proven call center and customer service experience, and someone who thrives in a high-paced environment.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
· Resolving call in complaints
· Resolving email complaints
· Understand both the charging and payment systems
The ideal candidate will have:
· 4+ years relevant experience
· Experience in either the transportation industry or call center organization
· Experience in dispute resolution
· Be able to understand integrated payment or online payment systems
· Ability to deescalate and achieve customer satisfaction
· Experience in task management and records individual completed daily work statistics
· UAE experience and transportation industry experience are desired
· Minimum diploma or degree college education
· Arabic and English language skills required
