Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Responsible and accountable for company vessel chartering and cross chartering business covering company own fleet of vessels, managed vessels and 3rd party vessels to company clients in the marine offshore services and industries.
• Competent management of clients by providing active pre and post sales & marketing support to clients to ensure clients’ operational requirements are fully satisfied.
• Promote and market offshore support services to existing, new & potential clients.
• Meet and exceed the annual budgetary targets set and approved by company for Marine Logistics Services.
• Meet and exceed the annual set utilisation rate of all vessels.

Requirements

• UAE Driver’s License is a must
• Bachelor degree in Commerce/Economics/Engineering or related discipline with accredited tertiary institutions.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the marine, oil & gas and offshore, engineering & construction related industry
• Offshore vessel chartering preferred.
• Competent level of interpersonal, sales & marketing skills.
• Competent level of negotiation skills.
• Manage pre and post sales activities to achieve planned outcomes
• Manage workplace information
• Manage quality customer service and customer focused.
• Possess high self-motivational attitude.
• Implement and monitor continuous improvements to systems and processes.
• Technical knowledge of offshore support vessels preferable.
• Strong understanding of sales & marketing principles.
• Understanding of the operational procedures sequences in offshore projects related to oil & gas.
