Job description / Role
A fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a Mediterranean/Middle Eastern cuisine restaurant.
This is a very exclusive role based in a prestigious luxury hotel in Dubai.
The Restaurant is in Pre-opening phase so you will be working closely alongside the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director.
We are looking for someone that has worked hard to gain a excellent reputation as a Head Chef in a stand alone restaurant.

Requirements
In order to be considered for the role, you will have gained culinary qualifications and have at least 5 years' experience in an international top restaurant.
Good Knowledge of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern Cuisine is essential and of course you should know all elements involved with managing a successfull kitchen and daily service.
You must have creative flair and experience with menu development.
GCC experience is preffered and in a stand alone establishment.
