Job description / Role
Position Title: Chef de Cuisine
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 15K AED, all-inclusive depending on the experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
High-end casual dining restaurant in Dubai franchising across the Gulf.
Job Description:
• Create menu items, recipes and develop dishes ensuring quality standards are met
• Responsible for food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
• Responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
• Control and direct the food preparation process
• Approve and polish dishes before they reach the customer
• Manage and work closely with other Chefs of all levels
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian candidates
• Male, 45 y/o and below
• Culinary related education
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in the same role; experience in a high-end restaurant is an advantage
• Open for immediate joiners
• Portfolio is required
