Job description / Role
About the Client:
A high end Mediterranean fine dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi
Job Role:
• Monitor and ensure that company systems and standard operating procedures are met for all areas that directly report to him/her
• Oversee all aspects of commissary production and event execution
• Work closely with executive chef in promoting company’s culture, mission, and philosophy
• Coordinate meal preparation and service activities within the kitchen
• Oversee kitchen staff throughout the cooking process and make sure that elements of dishes are properly cooked and seasoned.
Requirements
Position Title: Chef De Cuisine
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 16K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualification
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Requirements:
• 40 years old and below
• At least 3 years’ experience in the same role
• Should have Italian or Mediterranean cuisine background – fine dining
• Should be fully vaccinated
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
