Exciting opportunity for a qualified Chef with experience in busy kitchen environments serving VIP clientele across fine dining and functions. Must have proven capability in all aspects of kitchen management including high-quality food preparation, presentation, management of food supplies and stock levels in a high volume, high turnover environment.

Proven capabilities in understanding all aspects of preparing and cooking to this standard is mandatory.
The successful candidate must have demonstrated capability and success in food and safety occupational practices in busy kitchen environments and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
