Job description / Role
About the Client:
High-end casual dining restaurant offering a memorable oven-to-table, kitchen-to-living-room style menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests can enjoy classics with a new twist, as well as a selection of delicious sweet treats and signature pastries.
Job Role:
• Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
• Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
• Managing and training any Commis Chefs
• Monitoring portion and waste control
• Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male or Female, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts or any related certificate
• Certification in Health and Safety and, Food Hygiene, HACCP / PIC certificate is a plus
• With at least 4 years working experience in casual / fine dining stand-alone restaurants
• Outstanding communication skills
