Position Title: Chef de Partie
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
• Determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays
• Work with head cook to receive and store food stuffs and supplies
• Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
• Coordinate with cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food
• Collaborate with other personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Male, 38 years old and below
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferably Hotel Management
• At least 2 years of experience as a CDP, preferably from high-end casual dining or stand-alone restaurants
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
