Position Title: Chef De Partie
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on the experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
High end casual dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi.
Job Description:
- Determine how food should be presented,
- Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients
- Instruct cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food
- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
- Work with Head Cook to receive and store food and supplies.
- Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
Requirements
- 45 years old and below
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role from stand-alone restaurant – casual or fine dining
- Must have available sample works
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
