About the Client:
One of the stunning Asian pavilion in Expo 2020.
Job Description:
• Run and supervise any of the assigned kitchen section within the required standards set by the Head Chef.
• Ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service
• Ensure good stock and proper waste control is practiced all throughout the kitchen
• Pay high attention to detail and quality of all outgoing cooked food from kitchen
• Execute cooking to the expected high standard efficiency
Requirements
Position Title: Chef de Partie
Employment Type: 6 months (renewal)
Salary: up to 5.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accomodation and transportation
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationality
• 40 years old and below
• Must have 2 years experience in the same role
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
