Position Title: Chef de Partie
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus company accommodation, transportation, duty meals, and centralized tips
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
A high end Mediterranean fine dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
• Supervise the designated kitchen section to the required standards set by the Head Chef
• Ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service
• Execute cooking to the expected high standard quickly and efficiently
• Support sous chef in delivering required standard of food
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of designated section
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• 40 years old and below
• At least 2 years of experience in related role
• Should have background in Italian/Mediterranean/European cuisine for fine dining/hotels environment
• Immediately joiners will be prioritized
