About the Client:
A high-end casual dining restaurant.

Job Description:
• Take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the restaurant
• Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks
• Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef
• Supervise junior chefs or commis
• Estimate the daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met

Requirements

Position Title: Chef De Partie
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Qualifications:
• 45 years old and below
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role in a high-end restaurant or high-quality restaurant environment, such as Michelin Star rated, or equivalent is strongly preferred
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
